1. Free support
We provide free consultancy and training support to individuals and groups with limited or no access to institutional funding. This includes:
- Independent human rights defenders and activists, who work without organisational backing or formal support
- Informal collectives or grassroots groups that are not legally registered and operate without formal funding.
- Small CSOs with annual budgets under $30,000 USD, often led by volunteers or small teams.
We believe that those doing frontline work with the fewest resources should face no financial barrier to receiving support.
2. Sliding scale
For organisations with annual budgets between $30,000–100,000 USD, we offer a sliding-scale fee to help cover the cost of delivering tailored training and consultancy. This tier allows us to sustain our services while keeping them affordable.
- $40 USD/hour for a consultancy & support session
- $150 USD for a 3-hour training session (customised based on need)
We are happy to discuss exact fees depending on the format, number of participants, and complexity of the request.
3. Standard rate
For well-funded organisations, especially those seeking professional-level training or complex support, we offer a standard rate. This applies to:
- National or international NGOs or CSOs with annual budgets over $100,000 USD
- Institutions, universities, or agencies seeking specialised services, tools, or training delivery
Suggested rates:
- $70–$100 USD/hour for consultancy, advisory, or support sessions
- Training fees will vary depending on format, content, group size, and preparation time. We will provide a custom quote after discussing your needs.
This tier helps sustain our operations and directly subsidises free support for under-resourced groups.
