We welcome collaborators with a wide range of skills and backgrounds, especially those who have experience in or commitment to human rights, grassroots work, and movement building in Southeast and East Asia.
We’re currently open to volunteer in the following areas:
- Translation & localisation (English => regional languages)
- Graphic design (especially for educational toolkits and infographics)
- Outreach & community support (help us connect with new groups and networks in the region)
- Editorial and curator support (creating, proofreading, adapting, or curating resources)
We prioritise collaborators who understand movement sensitivity, and we especially encourage applications from individuals directly impacted by the issues we work on.
🛡️ How we collaborate
All contributions follow clear safety protocols and value-aligned processes:
- We assess security needs and communication preferences together
- You can choose to contribute anonymously or under your first name only
- We work asynchronously and adapt to different time zones, workloads, and capacities
For most roles, we start with a trial contribution or short collaboration window before committing to longer-term work.
